Import Files from Microsoft SharePoint
Access SharePoint content through the OneDrive integration on iPadOS and macOS.
SharePoint files can be imported through the Microsoft OneDrive app, which connects directly to your organization’s SharePoint libraries.
How to Import Files from SharePoint
To access your SharePoint files in the app, follow these steps:

Make sure the OneDrive app is installed on your iPad or Mac.

Create or open a Case File, then tap the Plus button to import files.
 - 
Tap Import, then select OneDrive.
 - 
Inside OneDrive, tap Libraries to view your SharePoint Document Libraries and select the files you want to import.
 
If you don’t see OneDrive as an option:

Tap the More Options button (the ellipsis at the top of the Locations sidebar).
 - 
Choose Edit.
 - 
Turn on OneDrive to make it visible as a location in the sidebar.
