Get help fast with LIT SUITE: search the Help Center, use chat, submit the contact form, email from the app (recommended), or write to support@litsoftware.com.

You can receive LIT SUITE support in several ways:

Our Help Center is always available, on our website or from inside any LIT SUITE app. Just type in what you’re looking for, hit Return, and you’ll see a list of articles that can help: https://support.litsoftware.com

Contact Form

Submit a request directly from our website: https://www.litsoftware.com/contact-us

When using the contact form, be ready to include:

  • Your name and email address so our team can respond.

  • The app name (TrialPad, TranscriptPad, DocReviewPad, TimelinePad, ExhibitsPad) related to your request.

  • Your device information, such as iPad or Mac model and operating system version.

  • A description of the issue or question, with as much detail as possible.

  • Any supporting files or screenshots, if applicable, to help us understand the problem.

Providing this information up front ensures our support team can respond quickly and effectively.

Website Chat

Use the chat feature on our website for quick questions. Our team will respond and provide direct links to support articles that address your issue. This makes it easy to find answers immediately and continue at your own pace.

Email to our Support Team (Recommended through App)

The fastest and most thorough way to reach support is directly from within the app.

You can send an email to support@litsoftware.com from your email, but sending the email through the appropriate LIT SUITE app provides the best experience and the most information for our support team.

On iPad:

Open the LIT SUITE app you want support assistance with.

  1. Tap the Support button.

  2. Select Send an Email to our Support Team.

  3. Add your email address to ensure you receive responses.

    The From field will automatically be filled in with the email address associated with the license and device. If this email address is not one you have access to, add your email to the CC field. This will ensure you will receive the response from the LIT SOFTWARE support team.
  4. Fill out the auto-generated email with as much information as possible. Provide any information to describe your issue and any troubleshooting steps you've taken. 

  5. Tap Send.

On Mac:

Open the LIT SUITE app you want support assistance with.

  2. Select Send an Email to our Support Team.
