      Export Exhibits from TrialPad

      Transfer exhibits using a USB drive for reliable offline setup across all iPad devices.

      Exporting exhibits directly from TrialPad to a USB drive ensures each iPad running ExhibitsPad has an identical, offline copy of your files. This method avoids the need for Wi-Fi or cloud storage and simplifies setup before trial.

      Use a USB Drive for Transfer

      Exporting to a USB drive is the most efficient and reliable way to move exhibits between devices.

      1. In TrialPad, export documents and multimedia to a connected USB drive.

      2. Connect the USB drive to the iPad.

      3. Open ExhibitsPad to Load Exhibits from the USB drive.

      Include Exhibit Numbers in File Names

      Make it easy to locate and search exhibits in ExhibitsPad by Exporting by Exhibit Number. This automatically names each file using its exhibit number for consistent organization.
