Using ExhibitsPad in a Deposition

You can use ExhibitsPad during a deposition by loading identical sets of exhibits on two or more devices: one for the deponent and one for each other party/opposing counsel. This setup ensures all parties can review the same evidence simultaneously in a controlled, offline environment.

Tips for Using ExhibitsPad in a Deposition:

• The device does not need internet access or any apps other than ExhibitsPad.
• Turn on Guided Access to lock the device into ExhibitsPad, preventing access to other apps or settings.
• Enable Password Protection within ExhibitsPad to keep users from leaving the case or modifying any exhibits.

• Before the deposition, make sure all exhibits are properly loaded onto each device.
