Use TrialPad with Zoom to present documents and media during remote depositions, mediations, or trials.

How to Set Up TrialPad With Zoom
Use a computer running Zoom and an iPad or Mac with TrialPad installed.
If using an iPad, the device:

Should not run the Zoom app.

Must be on the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

Should not be physically connected to your computer.
If you are not the host, the host should open Zoom and allow all participants to share their screen:

Click the green arrow beside Share Screen.

Click Advanced Sharing Options.

Under Who can share?, select All Participants.
How to Share TrialPad Over Zoom
Begin by connecting to the Zoom call from your computer.
On iPad
Open TrialPad on your iPad.
- Open the desired Case File.
In the Zoom app on your computer, click Share Screen.
Select iPhone/iPad via AirPlay, then click Share.
(On Windows, it may appear as “iPhone/iPad” and prompt you to install a plugin.)On your iPad, swipe down from the top right to open Control Center.
Tap Screen Mirroring, then select Zoom-[Your Computer Name].
Do not select your computer name from the options.Tap outside the Control Center to return to TrialPad.
Tap the Output switch to activate the presentation window on Zoom
Select a document and tap Present.
On Mac
Open TrialPad on your Mac.
- Open the desired Case File.
Click the Output switch to open the TrialPad Presentation Window.
In the Zoom app on your computer, click Share Screen.
Under Application Window, select the TrialPad Presentation Window.
Select a document from the TrialPad window and click Present.
- Change documents and apply any annotations from the TrialPad window. You will see the annotations on the TrialPad Presentation Window.
When done, click Stop Share at the top of the Zoom window on your computer.
