Using the Presenter Note Report

Add Presenter Notes to documents and multimedia files and then generate a formatted report to support your presentation, preparation, or cross-examination.

Presenter Notes provide private cues for presenting, and can be compiled into a formatted Presenter Notes Report.

Presenter Notes Report

This report shows every note included with a thumbnail of the file so you can review information about evidence or your examination outline. Notes written on either Documents or Multimedia or on Key Docs are exported using separate reports creating specific summaries of your notes.

Report Includes

  • File Name
  • Page where note occurs
  • Exhibit #
  • Admitted (Yes/No)

Creating a Presenter Notes Report

This report shows every note included with a thumbnail of the file so you can review information about evidence or your examination outline. Notes written on either Documents or Multimedia or on Key Docs are exported using separate reports creating specific summaries of your notes.

How to Create a Presenter Notes Report

  1. Navigate to a folder or level containing the desired documents.

  2. Tap the Reports button, then tap Presenter Notes Report.

  3. The report includes:
     • File name and page count
     • Exhibit number and admitted status
     • Page thumbnails
     • Notes for each page

  4. The report respects your current sort order, including Custom sorting.
