Add private, page-specific Presenter Notes to documents and generate a formatted report to support your presentation, preparation, or cross-examination.
Presenter Notes provide private cues for presenting, and can be compiled into a formatted report.
How to Add Presenter Notes

Open a document or Key Doc in the Preview Window.

Tap the Note button.

Enter your note for the current page.

A red dot appears next to the file in the list to indicate that a note is present.

Add different notes to the same page for a Document and its Key Doc.

Swipe between pages to add notes specific to each.
How to Organize Presenter Notes for Opening or Closing

In the Documents tab, tap Select and choose the files you want to present.

Tap Edit, then Add to Key Docs.

In the Key Docs tab, tap the Plus button and select Create New Folder.

Name the folder and assign a color and icon.

Tap Select, choose your files, then tap Edit > Move, and move them into the folder.

Tap Custom to sort the folder manually. Drag documents to reorder, then tap Done.
How to View Notes While Presenting

Presenter Notes are only visible on your iPad.

Tap the Note button to show or hide notes during presentation.

Use notes as a script for opening, closing, or witness examination.
How to Create a Presenter Notes Report

Navigate to a folder or level containing the desired documents.

Tap the Reports button, then tap Presenter Notes Report.

The report includes:
• File name and page count
• Exhibit number and admitted status
• Page thumbnails
• Notes for each page -
The report respects your current sort order, including Custom sorting.
