Marking Evidence as Admitted

Mark documents and multimedia as Admitted during trial to organize evidence and streamline presentation.

During trial, you can mark documents as Admitted to clearly identify evidence that has been accepted.

You can mark an individual files or many files at once as Admitted.

How to Mark One File as Admitted (from List)

  1. Swipe right on a file in the Document or Multimedia list.

  2. Tap Mark “Admitted” in the popover.
    A green Admitted label appears in the Document List.

How to Mark One File as Admitted (from Preview Window)

  1. Press and hold a document in the Preview Window.

  2. Tap Mark “Admitted” in the popover.
    A green Admitted label appears in the Document List.

How to Mark Multiple Documents Admitted

  1. Tap Select or Select All.

  2. Tap Edit.

  3. Tap Admitted, then tap Mark "Admitted" to apply the label to all selected items at once.

Removing the Admitted Label

To remove the label from multiple items, repeat these steps and tap Unmark "Admitted" instead.

Filtering and Exporting Admitted Documents

Use the Admitted filter to view all admitted documents in alphanumeric order. Tap the filter again to reverse the sort order.

How to Export All Admitted Documents:

  1. Filter by Admitted.
  2. Tap Select and then tap Select All.
  3. Tap Edit and select Export. Choose either Export or Export by Exhibit #.
  4. Confirm export and save to your desired location.

Complete this on the Multimedia tab to export those.
