Import a File into TranscriptPad from SharePoint

Use OneDrive to import SharePoint documents into your Case File

In iPadOS, files that are stored in SharePoint can be imported using the Microsoft OneDrive integration.

First, make sure you have the OneDrive app installed on your iPad. If you don't see OneDrive, but you have the app installed on the iPad, tap the More Options button (ellipsis button at the top) at the top of the Locations sidebar and choose Edit. This will allow you to turn on One Drive so it will be seen as a location in the sidebar.

Steps to Import a File

  1. Open TranscriptPad
  2. Tap on the Create New Case
  3. Tap + button (bottom left)
  4. Tap Import Files
  5. Tap on OneDrive under Locations
  6. Select Libraries to open and access your SharePoint Document Libraries.
  7. Tap Open

Done! Files are copied into your Case File and work without an internet connection.
