How do I work with Bookmarks in TranscriptPad?

You can now bookmark pages of a transcript within TranscriptPad for easy reference, e.g “Page 123 - Cross of  Ms. Smith”. This will be especially useful to quickly locate sections of a lengthy transcript, like the beginning of your direct or re-direct, or to mark the start of the cross by opposing counsel in the deposition.

To bookmark a page, simply find an area of the transcript that you want to bookmark and tap on the Bookmark icon. You will see a list of any previous bookmarks you made (tapping on them will jump to that section of the transcript) or tap on Add Bookmark to create a new bookmark.

PDF reports you create in TranscriptPad will now include bookmarks to allow you to quickly find sections within long PDF reports. When you create PDF Detail or PDF Summary reports, bookmarks will be created in the Adobe Acrobat file for Issue Codes, Highlights, Flags and Notes.

Additionally, if you create PDF Annotated (FULL) or PDF Annotated (MINI) reports for multiple depositions, bookmarks will be created in the Adobe Acrobat file for the start of each deponent’s testimony.
