Many customers have asked about being able to pay for the LIT SUITE using their firm credit card, or to somehow have their firm pay for the purchase. The default payment method to purchase any app or subscription is the payment method associated with the Apple ID on the device that makes the purchase.
If you want to use another payment method, here are some options:
- You can add the firm’s credit card as a payment method for your Apple ID by going to Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping and then make it the default payment method. When the charge goes through it will be charged to this default payment method. The caveat about this is that the card is not charged until the end of the 7-day free trial, so the firm credit card has to be the default payment method for the Apple ID at the time of the charge.
- If a large firm or government agency requires 10 or more LIT SUITE licenses, we have an Enterprise Program that can take a purchase order, or issue an invoice for the licenses that can be paid by check, credit card, etc.
- A firm credit card can be used to purchase an Apple Gift Card for the subscription amount, and then the gift card can be redeemed by the Apple ID in the App Store app on the iPad: https://www.apple.com/shop/gift-cards
