DocReviewPad Reviewing Evidence

Assign Tags and Issue Codes to organize and sort your evidence using Speed Review and intuitive gestures for fast document review.

Organize Your Review with Tags and Issue Codes

DocReviewPad lets you assign Tags and Issue Codes to documents and pages for efficient organization.

  1. Tap the Tag / Issue button.
Located above the Preview Window, this opens a popover where you can assign the built-in Confidential and Privileged Tags or create new Issue Codes.

  2. Create a new Issue Code.
Tap the Plus button, enter a name, choose a color, and tap Done.

  3. Assign to a page or full document.
Tap Document or Page next to the Issue Code name. A solid green indicator shows active assignment. A lighter green indicates it's assigned elsewhere in the document.

  4. Sort your Issue Codes.
Use Name, Recent, or Popular sorting to stay organized as your list grows.

  5. Undo accidental changes.
Use the Undo button to reverse changes, especially helpful if a full document assignment overwrites individual page assignments.
