The subscription will only appear on devices signed in with that same Apple Account.
Your LIT SUITE subscription is tied directly to the Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) used at the time of purchase. Apple manages all billing, trials, renewals, refunds, and payment methods — not LIT SOFTWARE. Because of this, using the correct Apple Account is essential for accessing your subscription across devices.
How to Check Which Apple Account Is Associated
To confirm the Apple Account currently signed in on your device:
On iPad or iPhone
Open Settings
Look at the name and email at the top — that is your Apple Account
Tap your name to view all associated account details
Under Media & Purchases, you can confirm which account is being used for App Store subscriptions
On Mac
Open System Settings
Click your name at the top
This shows the Apple Account connected to purchases and subscriptions
If the subscription was purchased under a different Apple Account (including an Apple “Private Relay” email), it will only appear on devices signed in with that same account.
Why the Apple Account Matters
-
App Store purchases cannot be transferred between Apple Accounts, even if both belong to you or your firm.
-
Subscriptions are not tied to a specific device, person, or email address — only to the Apple Account used at purchase.
-
If you sign in to another device with a different Apple Account, the subscription will not appear.
If you see a masked address such as @privaterelay.appleid.com, that indicates Apple’s Private Relay feature is protecting your actual email — it is still the correct Apple Account for the subscription.
