LIT SUITE apps do not store, access, or transmit your case data through LIT SOFTWARE servers.

LIT SOFTWARE does not store your data.

How Your Data Is Stored

All apps in the LIT SUITE are document-based applications. You choose where your Case Files are stored.

Your data is:

  • Stored locally on your device, or

  • Saved to a cloud storage provider you select, such as iCloud Drive

LIT SOFTWARE does not act as an intermediary for saving, syncing, or accessing your files. Your data never passes through LIT SOFTWARE servers.

Apple Platform Security

LIT SUITE apps operate within Apple’s platform security framework.
