Why is the page and exhibit number showing on top of my document when I present?

That is the Show Document Label feature which allows the judge or jury to take note of the page number and the exhibit number (if an exhibit sticker was applied).

This can be turned on or off by tapping on the Presentation Log button (to the right of the Blank / Freeze / Present buttons) and turning the Show Document Label switch to Off.
