      What adapters should I use to connect my iPad to a TV or projector?

      Only use genuine Apple adapters shown in the table below:

       

      Apple TV

      HDMI Cable

      VGA Cable

      iPad or Mac with USB-C connector

      Apple TV 4K (1st Generation or later)

      USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter

      USB-C VGA Multiport Adapter

      iPad with Lightning connector

      Apple TV 4K (1st Generation or later)

      Lightning Digital AV Adapter

      Lightning to VGA Adapter

      There is a known issue with some third-party, non-Apple manufactured adapters, causing the Output screen to mirror the iPad screen as if you were in TrialPad’s War Room Mode, or not recognizing or connecting to an output device.
