Troubleshooting Issues with the Sample Case File
Use the built-in sample Case File to isolate whether an issue is caused by the app or by files in your Case File.
If you’re experiencing an issue with one of our apps we may ask you to try and reproduce the issue using the Bare Arms v. Brotherwell sample Case File that comes with each app. It allows you to open an already populated Case File that has generic files to test any issues. This helps to determine if the issue is with the app, or with files that were imported into the app. The Bare Arms v. Brotherwell Case File allows you to experiment with all the features and capabilities of the app, the only thing you cannot do is import new documents or multimedia into that Case File.
How to Create the Bare Arms v. Brotherwell Case File
You can download a fresh copy of the sample Case File at any time — and re-download it as often as needed.

- Give the Case File any name you like — for example, "Test."

Understanding What Your Results Mean
If you can reproduce the issue you're experiencing using the Bare Arms v. Brotherwell Case File, then it may be a bug with the app. If you can then tell us the steps you took so that we can reproduce the issue, we’ll be able to come out with a workaround or an update to fix the issue.
If you cannot reproduce the issue in the Bare Arms v. Brotherwell Case File, then it may be related to the documents or multimedia you imported into the app. It could also be that your Case File may have gotten corrupted, which could happen if you ever stored your Case File on a third-party cloud storage provider.
If you do not want to try and reproduce the issue with the Bare Arms v. Brotherwell Case File, then you should start a completely new Case File, making sure that you create and save the Case File in either the On My iPad or iCloud Drive locations.
