If you contact support with a question, we may ask you to send a screenshot or screen recording. This is especially helpful when the issue description is limited or when we need to identify exactly where the problem occurs in the app.
A screenshot or screen recording allows us to see what you’re describing in context, which often leads to a quicker resolution.
