Requesting a Refund
Refund requests are handled differently depending on your payment method — through Apple, directly with us, or through Link.
How you request a refund depends on how you pay for your subscription.
If You Paid Through the Apple App Store
Apple processes all charges made through the App Store. For your security and privacy, only Apple has access to your purchase and payment information, so refund requests must go through Apple directly.
For instructions on how to request a refund, refer to Apple's support article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223
Apple reviews each request individually and may approve or decline a refund at its sole discretion. LIT SOFTWARE can't issue refunds or influence Apple's decision on App Store purchases.
If You Paid by Card on the Web (Stripe)
If your subscription is Managed By: Stripe, email support@litsoftware.com from the email address on your account and tell us the date of the charge. We review these requests directly.
Please note a refund ends your subscription and your access to the apps immediately.
If Your Receipt Came from Link
If your receipt shows the purchase as sold through Link (purchases made on or after August 25, 2026), you can also request a refund directly from Link:
- Sign in at link.com.
- Choose Contact Support.
- Select Help with a Purchase.
- Select the LIT SUITE charge.
Link considers requests made within 60 days of the charge, for purchases that didn't work as described. A change of mind or a missed cancellation isn't covered — contact us first in those cases.
