Resolving Declined App Store Charges

All LIT SUITE billing is handled securely through Apple; learn what to do if your payment is declined or needs to be updated.

Why a Charge May Be Declined

A declined charge often occurs when your credit card company places a temporary fraud protection hold during Apple’s attempt to process the payment.

In most cases, Apple will automatically retry the charge. If the issue persists, you may need to contact your credit card company or update your payment information.

How to Resolve a Declined Charge
