If you're working on your Mac, and you can't remember where you saved a Case File, the first thing to do would be to search the Mac by pressing Command-F and entering part of the Case File name. If the Case File is listed in the search results, you can click once on the file name and see where the Case File is located in the path at the bottom of the window. (If you do not see the path, open Finder and click on the View menu, then select Show Path Bar.)
Once you find your Case File you should move it to the Desktop location or another location where you will store your Case Files.
