Learning with LIT SUITE Academy

Navigate the LIT SUITE Academy home page, catalog, and calendar, and track your course progress from enrollment to completion.

LIT SUITE Academy is your home for on-demand training on the LIT SUITE apps.

Home

When you log in to LIT SUITE Academy, you'll land on your Home page.

  • A welcome banner greets you by name.
  • Once you're enrolled in courses, they appear here as cards. Use View to filter and Sort by to reorder them by date.
  • If you haven't enrolled in anything yet, Home shows a prompt to visit the Catalog and get started.

Catalog

Browse every available LIT SUITE Academy course from the Catalog.

  • Use Categories in the sidebar to filter by app — TrialPad, TranscriptPad, DocReviewPad, TimelinePad, ExhibitsPad — or by LIT SUITE overview courses. Select Reset to clear your filters.
  • Each app category expands to show a Learning Path subcategory, which contains that app's Certification.
  • Search by keyword and Sort by date.
  • Course cards are labeled by level: Getting Started, Level 1, or Level 2. Learning Path cards are labeled Learning path with the number of courses they contain, and use a distinct badge icon.
  • Results page in sets of 10; use the page controls to browse further.

Calendar

Track upcoming LIT SUITE Academy events, including live webinars, from the Calendar.

  • Filter by My events or view all events.
  • Select Export to add events to your own calendar.

Courses

Each course is made up of one or more units listed under Content. All units must be completed to finish the course.

Each app also has a Learning Path made up of that app's courses. Completing every course in the path earns you the app's Certification — a separate, higher-level credential shown as its own card in the Catalog.

How to Enroll in a Course

  1. From the Catalog, select a course card to open its details panel.
  2. Review the description, level, and content list.
  3. Select Get This Course to enroll.
  4. Select Start Course to begin, or find the course again later from Home or Catalog.

How to Complete a Course

Depending on the unit, lesson content opens either in a separate pop-up window or within the same window.

  1. From the course's Content list, select a unit to launch it.
  2. Complete the lesson.
  3. To pause: close the pop-up window (if one opened), then select Back, then Back again to return to the Catalog. Your progress saves automatically.
  4. To resume: open the course again and select Resume Course.
  5. To review content after completion: open the course again and select Revisit Course.

To leave a course you've enrolled in, open its preview or description page and select Unenroll from Course.

After completing your current LIT SUITE Academy courses, be sure to check back regularly. We are continually adding new content, including advanced levels and certifications.
