      Importing a Folder from Cloud Storage

      Access folders from cloud services that limit direct folder imports by compressing them into ZIP files.

      Some third-party cloud storage providers may not allow folders to be imported directly into the LIT SUITE apps. You can work around this by compressing the folder into a single ZIP file and importing it as one document.

      How to Import a Folder from a Third-Party Cloud Provider

      If you can’t import a folder directly, compress it into a ZIP file first.

      1. Open the Files app on your iPad.

      2. Tap the third-party cloud storage provider and navigate to the folder you want to import.

      3. Tap and hold on the folder, then choose Compress from the popover.

      4. A ZIP file of the folder is created in the same location.

      5. In TrialPad or DocReviewPad, tap Import Documents, and select the ZIP file to import.

      When imported, the LIT SUITE app automatically uncompresses the file and reconstructs your original file and folder structure inside the case file.
