Please go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements and make sure that both “Share iPad Analytics” and “Share With App Developers” are turned On so we might be able to start seeing any crash data. If the switches are already on, tap on “Analytics Data” and check to see if there are any crash reports for the app (they are sorted alphabetically and then by date). If there are, tap on the most recent one, then in the following window press the Share button in the top right to send the data via email to support@litsoftware.com. Please try to include any possible pattern in the instances where a crash happens.
