Our regular support team at LIT SOFTWARE cannot offer support or receive feedback about the TimelinePad beta. All feedback from the beta testing is processed through TestFlight and reviewed by the development team.
If you are using the TimelinePad beta and want to report an issue or provide feedback, please follow these directions to send a sccreenshot and information directly to the development team:
- With TimelinePad open, take a screenshot of the screen in question following these directions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210781
- Tap on the resulting thumbnail of the screenshot that appears in the bottom left of your screen.
- Using the annotation tools, mark up the screenshot as necessary:
- Tap on the Share button in the top right of the screen, then tap on Share Beta Feedback:
- In the resulting screen you can share your feedback and then tap on Submit:
