If you contact support we will need to know the specific version number of the app you’re contacting us about. Indicating that you’re using the latest version, current version, newest version or similar description doesn’t tell us much or help us resolve the issue as we do staggered releases across multiple platforms. We need to know the actual version number, e.g. TrialPad 12.34.5. To find out the version number of the app follow these directions:

In the Case Selection Screen, tap on the Settings icon in the top toolbar. |
Click on the App Name in the top menu bar. |

The version number will be displayed at the top of the resulting popover. |
Click on About [AppName] and the version number will be displayed in the resulting popover. |
If you think you’re using the legacy version of the app, follow these directions:
- In the Case Selection Screen, tap on the ”i” in a circle in the top left corner of the screen.
- The version number will be displayed at the top of the resulting popover.
