      How do I convert my App Store subscription to an Enterprise Subscription?

      Learn how to cancel your existing App Store subscription and activate your Enterprise Program license in LIT SUITE.

      Cancel Your Subscription and Sign Out

      If you have already purchased a subscription through the App Store and want to switch to an Enterprise Program subscription, you must cancel the App Store subscription first. We are not able to cancel your subscription for you, or provide a refund.

      How To Cancel Your Subscription and Sign Out:

      1. Open the Settings app.
      2. Tap on your Apple Account name in the top left.
      3. Tap on Subscriptions.
      4. Tap on the LIT SUITE app in the list of Active subscriptions.
      5. Tap on the Cancel Subscription button to turn off automatic renewal so you will not be charged again.

      How to Sign Out of your current LIT SUITE subscription:

      1. Open any of the LIT SUITE apps.
      2. In the Case Selection screen, tap on the Account Information button (looks like a person icon).
      3. In the resulting popup tap on the Sign Out button, then tap Sign Out on the confirmation alert that appears.

      Activating Your Enterprise Program License

      When you launch any of the LIT SUITE apps after you sign out, you will be shown the onboarding slides for the subscription. Instead of subscribing, enter your License Code and activate the LIT SUITE apps as an Enterprise Program customer.

      How To Enter Your License Code:

      1. Copy the License Code you received, making sure not to include any extra spaces.
      2. Launch one of the LIT SUITE apps.
      3. In any of the onboarding screens, tap-and-hold on the LIT SUITE circle in the top left corner as indicated in the screenshots below. This will open the Redeem License Code popover.

      4. Tap/click in the Enter License Code field to activate the cursor, then Paste the License Code you copied in step 1.

      5. Tap Continue with Apple to start the authorization process (an internet connection is required).

        Once the authentication activation process finishes for any app, you will have access to all the LIT SUITE apps.
