Convert App Store subscription to an Enterprise Subscription

Learn how to cancel your existing App Store subscription and activate your Enterprise Program license in LIT SUITE.

Cancel Your Subscription and Sign Out

If you have already purchased a subscription through the App Store and want to switch to an Enterprise Program subscription, you must cancel the App Store subscription first. We are not able to cancel your subscription for you, or provide a refund.

How To Cancel Your Subscription:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap on your Apple Account name in the top left.
3. Tap on Subscriptions.
4. Tap on the LIT SUITE app in the list of Active subscriptions.
5. Tap on the Cancel Subscription button to turn off automatic renewal so you will not be charged again.

How to Sign Out of your current LIT SUITE subscription:

1. Open any of the LIT SUITE apps.
2. In the Case Selection screen, tap on the Account Information button (looks like a person icon).
3. In the resulting popup tap on the Sign Out button, then tap Sign Out on the confirmation alert that appears.
