      Check Your Subscription Status

      You can verify your subscription status, start date, and renewal date by viewing your Account Information within any LIT SUITE app.

      You can check your subscription status, if you have an active subscription, and the start and renewal date, by viewing your Account Information.

      On iPad

      1. Launch any of the LIT SUITE apps.

      2. On the Case Selection screen, tap the Person icon in the top right corner to open your Account Information.

      3. The popover will display your Subscription Start Date and Renewal Date.

      4. Tap Manage Subscription to open your Apple ID Subscriptions page, where you can view all your Active and Expired subscriptions.

      On Mac

      1. Launch any of the LIT SUITE apps.

      2. From the [AppName] menu, select Account to view your Account Information.

      3. The popover will display your Subscription Start Date and Renewal Date.

      4. Click Manage Subscription to open your Apple ID Subscriptions page, which lists all your Active and Expired subscriptions.
