Cancelling Subscription or Free Trial

Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing. You keep full access to all LIT SUITE apps until the end of the period you already paid for (or until your free trial ends). Nothing is charged after that.

Your LIT SUITE Subscription may be Managed By the Apple App Store or through Stripe. 

Before Cancellation, check how you pay:

Open any LIT SUITE app, tap Account (the person icon on iPad) or choose Account from the app menu (Mac), and look at the Managed By line:

  • Apple App Store — you subscribed inside the app and Apple bills you. Follow “If you pay through the App Store”.
  • Stripe — you subscribed on app.litsoftware.com with a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Follow “If you pay by card on the web”.

You can also see this at app.litsoftware.com/account after signing in with Apple.

If you pay through the App Store

Apple manages your subscription, so it has to be cancelled through Apple. LIT SOFTWARE can't cancel it for you and can't see your payment details.

How to Cancel Your LIT SUITE Subscription (Apple App Store)

  • iPad or iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → LIT SUITE → Cancel Subscription.

  • Mac: App Store app → click your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage → LIT SUITE → Cancel Subscription.

  • Any browser: account.apple.com/account/manage/section/subscriptions

  • In any LIT SUITE app: tap Manage App Store Subscription on the Account Information screen to jump straight to Apple's Subscriptions screen.

Apple requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date (or before your free trial ends) to avoid being charged. If you subscribed through a different LIT SUITE app, or your device is signed into a different Apple Account, the app will point you to Apple's Subscriptions page — cancel there.

If you pay by card on the web

Your subscription is billed through Stripe. You can cancel it any time before your renewal date.

How to Cancel Your LIT SUITE Subscription (Stripe)
  1. In any LIT SUITE app, open Account Information and tap Manage Stripe Subscription or go to app.litsoftware.com/account, sign in with Apple, and click Manage Subscription.
  2. On the Subscription Management page, choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

If you subscribed on or after 25 August 2026, your purchase is “Sold through Link”. You can also sign in at link.com with the email you used at checkout, open Recurring, and cancel the LIT SUITE subscription there.

After you cancel

  • Your apps keep working until the end of the current period or trial. The app continues to show Active with the last day under Active Through.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • Changed your mind? Before the period ends you can turn the subscription back on from the same place you cancelled it.
  • Your case files stay on your device. When access ends you'll need an active subscription to continue using the apps.
