Find the App Version You’re Using

Locate the exact version number of a LIT SOFTWARE app on iPad or Mac so Support can assist you accurately.

When you contact Support, we need the exact app version number (for example, TrialPad 12.34.5). Descriptions like “latest” or “current” don’t help, because releases are rolled out in stages across platforms.

Below are the quickest ways to find the version number for your app.

On iPad

From the Case Selection screen:

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the top toolbar.

  2. The app version number appears at the top of the popover.

 

On Mac

  1. Launch the app.

  2. In the menu bar, click the app name.

  3. Select About [App Name].

  4. The version number appears in the popover.
