Convert App Store subscription to an Enterprise Subscription

Learn how to convert your App Store subscription to an Enterprise Program license in LIT SUITE.

Cancel Your App Store Renewal and Sign Out

If you have purchased a subscription through the App Store and want to convert to an Enterprise Program subscription, you must cancel the App Store renewal first. 

How To Cancel Your Renewal:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap on your Apple Account name in the top left.
  3. Tap on Subscriptions.
  4. Tap on the LIT SUITE app in the list of Active subscriptions.
  5. Tap on the Cancel Subscription button to turn off automatic renewal so you will not be charged again.

How to Sign Out of your current LIT SUITE subscription:

  1. Open any of the LIT SUITE apps.
  2. In the Case Selection screen, tap on the Account Information button (looks like a person icon).
  3. In the resulting popup tap on the Sign Out button, then tap Sign Out on the confirmation alert that appears.

 

Now that you have cancelled your App Store renewal, you can Activate your Enterprise Program License.
