Adding an Icon to an Event

Icons help visually distinguish Events, making key moments easier to scan and identify in the Event list or Timeline.

Add an Icon to a single Event or apply one to multiple Events at once.

How to Add an Icon to One Event

  1. Create a new Event or tap and hold an existing Event, then tap Edit.

  2. Tap Icon.

  3. Choose a Symbol or Emoji.

  4. Tap Done to add the Icon.

  5. Tap Done again to save the Event.

How to Apply an Icon to Multiple Events

  1. Tap Select.

  2. Tap each Event in the Event list or Timeline to select it.

  3. Tap the Icon button, then choose an Icon.

  4. Tap Done to apply the Icon.

  5. Tap Done again to save the selected Events.
