That is the Show Document Label feature which allows the judge or jury take note of the page number and the exhibit number (which also displays if one was applied). This can be turned on or off by tapping on the Presentation Log button (to the right of the Blank / Freeze / Present buttons) and turning the Show Document Label switch to Off.
