Go to Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements and to turn on both “Share iPad Analytics” and “Share With App Developers” so we might be able to start seeing crash data. If it is already on, tap on “Analytics Data” check to see if there are any crash reports for the app. If there are, tap on the most recent one, then in the following window press the Share button in the top right to send the data via email to support@litsoftware.com. Please try to include any possible pattern in the instances where a crash happens.
