Apple doesn’t allow any app purchases or subscriptions to be transferred from one Apple ID to another since the license is tied to the Apple ID. For your security and privacy only Apple can check your purchase history, process payments, etc. One of the reasons Apple does this is to prevent one App Store purchase being put on several devices with different Apple IDs. Unfortunately this is not something we have any control of so we are unable to do anything about it.
