Can I use an Apple TV to present wirelessly without WiFi?

To use an Apple TV without connecting to a WiFi network you can use Peer-to-Peer AirPlay. You would need an iPad with iOS 9 or later; and an Apple TV (3rd Generation Rev A, model A1469 or later) with Apple TV software 7.0 or later. Peer-to-Peer AirPlay uses a feature that eliminates the need for a WiFi connection.
