Most jurisdictions have settled on Zoom as the platform of choice to present evidence remotely which is why we created a Zoom video tutorial that you can view here: https://support.litsoftware.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060681373-VIDEO-TrialPad-Presenting-Evidence-Over-Zoom
Some jurisdictions have opted for Microsoft Teams, and although the principle is the same, there are differences. With Zoom an AirPlay screen share is built in, but Microsoft Teams only allows you to share a window from your computer. To present with Microsoft Teams, you'll need a third party screen sharing program like Reflector https://www.airsquirrels.com/reflector which allows you to add AirPlay to a computer. Then when you join a Microsoft Teams meeting you'll select the Reflector window to share your TrialPad presentation screen. There is a free trial so you can test and become familiar with the process, and it works with macOS or Windows.
